This morning I thought about how so many of us are looking for the "new thing", ie new ways or concepts of how we can change the world... Then it hit me — the "new thing" is actually the "old truth(s)". We don't have to look very far. It's all — tried, tested and true — for generation after generation...

Promises

I've been thinking a lot about "promises" lately... about how important it is to keep a promise made. God is a promise keeping God and He takes His promises seriously — thank God — His promises are yes and amen! The problem is, we live in a culture that doesn't reflect that.
People just don't take their promises as seriously anymore... and it's happening in the church too... amongst leaders. We can see it from the way we treat the task(s) given to us. We ...

It's not any Sunday that you hear it preached in church but we need to be a slave (to something/ someone) before we can truly be free...
We may no longer be a slave to sin but that doesn't mean we should live as our flesh dictates. The Apostle Paul called himself a... bond-servant & a slave to Christ.

Monday, 30 Aug 2010 I'm actually writing this on my way by train from London to Stratford-Upon-Avon aka Shakespeare town! Friday, 02 Jul 2010 Re:Union 2010 had just concluded and what a reunion it was! We experienced a mighty move of God's Spirit and the atmosphere was charged with His Presence and power! Every speaker did well under the anointing to deliver God's word with accuracy and authority. Lives were touched and transformed and that's what it's all about.

Tuesday, 27 Apr 2010 Praise the Lord! Church is growing! God has added - we now have 1,000 precious lives we call family - and a new service plant in Nilai! Hallelujah!! The Spirit of God is hovering - and good things are happening!
